Interning at CCGC

The Community Child Guidance Clinic prides itself as a teaching agency with a robust training program and highly collaborative work environment. Interns will be treated as members of the team with opportunities for involvement in additional agency and community-related activities. Selected students will be provided both individual and group supervision by a licensed professional in the field. They will also have opportunities to be exposed to Evidence Based Practices offered by certified trainers within the agency. Interns will be treated as “clinicians-in-training,” and can expect to be given a caseload that is sensitive to the needs of a student, but also provide some exposure to the expectations of a mental health agency.
